PDS Optical is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that manufactures eyeglasses and manages optical stores across the US. They are currently seeking a Licensed Travel Optician to provide high-quality customer service and support to Veterans while collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Veterans in a friendly, professional, and expedient manner
- Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Adhere to security clearance requirements by passing a background check
Skills
- Must be willing to attain apprenticeship license upon hire
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel to various locations
- Experience in a similar role is highly preferred
