Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. You will engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction. This role requires a high level of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Engage in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery

  • Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats
  • Maintain commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency
  • Uphold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Qualifications

* Preferred experience in customer service, but not mandatory

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with the required technology setup
  • Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in spelling and grammar
  • Willingness to undergo standard background checks and assessments
  • Minimum age of 18 years old with at least a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside within the US
  • Access to a smartphone for system verification

Technical Requirements

* Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed with an appropriate processor

  • At least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB
  • Internet speeds must meet or exceed specified requirements
  • Operating on Windows 10 (64bit) with a minimum of 4 GB RAM
  • A direct ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem is required

Compensation

* The starting pay is the minimum wage in your state for any work under 40 hours per week, with full-time earning potential ranging between $40,000-$60,000 annually based on performance, hours, and customer satisfaction
