Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. You will engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction. Qualifications

* Preferred experience in customer service, but not mandatory
