Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and data management operations. You'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems, verifying information against original documents, and retrieving data as requested. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our filing system and performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Entering data into our database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Entering data provided directly by customers with precision and speed
  • Verifying data against original documents to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Retrieving data from database or electronic files as requested by customers or team members
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archived
  • Maintaining our filing system to ensure that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist in a similar industry

  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data management principles
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive salary of $35.00 per hour, plus training pay of $25.00 per hour. You'll also receive weekly pay via check or direct deposit, working 30 to 40 hours per week. If you're employed, you'll be working as a full employee and not an independent contractor.
