QSI is a leader in the bank equipment industry and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a project support coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects, coordinating installations with team members, and monitoring inventory levels.

Responsibilities

  • Logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects
  • Coordinate installations/projects with other team members and departments as necessary
  • Documentation of projects progress
  • Prioritize tasks and demands of yourself to complete projects
  • Monitor inventory levels, work with purchasing department to reorder equipment as appropriate
  • Establish and manage strong working relationships with QSI team members

Skills

  • Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and excellent organization skills
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, ability to set tasks for yourself and follow through on your own
  • Able to encourage and motivate team members through a strong work ethic, positive communication, and leadership skills
  • Adaptable to fast paced environment, ability to handle high pressure situations effectively
  • Dependable and energetic
  • Ability to relocate before starting work
