Experienced Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Operations Insights

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a data analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
- Design and implement data collection and analysis processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business operations
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analysis and visualization
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Alteryx and Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Certification in data science or a related field
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions
