The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will set the tone for our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about our booking and services
  • Handling orders, addressing complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform clerical work according to standard procedures

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, greet customers, update reception logs, process faxes and unassigned e-mails
  • Input customer information accurately and assist customers as needed
  • Provide detailed information about arenaflex booking and services
  • Handle orders, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Competency in email, Excel, Word, Calendars, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs/activities at a time
  • Ability to problem-solve in a timely manner
  • Ability to produce well-organized, documented job files
  • Ability to maintain professional conduct, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
