Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Applying advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions.
• Analyzing client behavior, including viewing patterns, engagement metrics, and demographic data, to identify untapped client needs and new content opportunities.
• Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
• Streamlining our content release and episode deployment process to optimize audience engagement and retention.
• Testing and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance content commitment and maintenance.
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth and success.
• Effectively communicating significant findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

* A Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A passion for media and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
