As a Customer Service Representative in our Debt Collections and Payment Plan Negotiation team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of outstanding debt issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, following a script to collect outstanding debt and negotiate payment plans. - Collaborate with customers to understand their financial situations and develop personalized payment plans that meet their needs. - Utilize arenaflex's proprietary software to manage customer interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and exceptional customer service. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in debt collections and payment plan negotiation. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field. - Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Basic math skills and proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Bilingual or multilingual language skills a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in debt collections or payment plan negotiation. - Experience working with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary software and systems. - Certification in customer service, collections, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
