Responsibilities
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed as a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing top-notch support
- At least 2 years of call center experience, with a focus on outbound calls and customer interactions
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- The ability to type 35 words per minute, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable internet service, with a speed test conducted to ensure optimal performance
