[Remote] Inside Service Representative - 3

The Inside Service Representative will focus on providing customer support and service, while demonstrating success in a remote selling environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated success selling in a remote only environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong presentation and communication skills utilizing supplied tools
- Proven ability to identify, engage and influence key discussions with Staff
- Focused on providing a high level of customer support and service with a sense of urgency
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience maintaining accurate records of all activities
- Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
- High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
- Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

- 1-3 years B to B / pharma / Inside sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva
