Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team in Independence, Kansas. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide phone-based customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records, including database updates and history
  • Process orders and resolve customer questions and concerns in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless customer support and experience
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, with a focus on sales support and direct customer contact

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficiency in computer-based order processing, with experience using software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, focused, and team-oriented skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the aeronautical field or related industry

  • Familiarity with Pentagon experience and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a sales support role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
