  • Sell and promote various products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Listen and understand customer issues, offering meaningful solutions and proactive support
  • Actively engage with members and fellow team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Participate in training, coaching, and development programs, leading to positive career growth and advancement

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
