Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, from answering questions and resolving issues to processing prescriptions and handling returns. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role, as you'll be working with a variety of systems and technologies to manage our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process prescriptions and handle returns, voids, and exchanges in a accurate and efficient manner
• Utilize pharmacy systems and technologies to manage inventory, track orders, and process payments
• Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for cleanliness and safety
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and technologies
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, healthcare, business)

• 1+ year of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment

• Previous experience with Walgreens or a similar pharmacy chain
• Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and technologies
• PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
