Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, and providing timely responses. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their travel plans, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless experience as they navigate our services. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
