Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products to prospective customers using proven sales techniques
  • Interacting, communicating, and negotiating effectively with customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Addressing customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues
  • Participating in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales strategies
  • Utilizing the internet to research customer needs, stay informed about industry trends, and access sales tools and resources

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalently

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Internet savvy, with the ability to use the internet to research customer needs and access sales tools and resources
