Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
  • Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software is preferred
