Requirements

- A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately

- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software is preferred
