[Remote] Litigation Attorney - Trust & Estate Litigation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Snyder Law, PC is a boutique estate planning, elder law, and trust litigation firm based in Irvine, California. They are seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to manage trust and estate litigation matters and provide hands-on litigation experience from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned trust and estate litigation matters with appropriate oversight
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
• Handle discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts and depositions
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Communicate proactively and clearly with clients
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure deadlines and filings are met

Skills

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 1–3 years of litigation experience with increasing independence
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with discovery and court appearances
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Professional, client-focused demeanor and sound judgment
