Job Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist arenaflex customers with their travel-related inquiries and needs. You'll handle questions regarding reservations, flight changes, baggage, and more. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers have a seamless and positive experience when traveling with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

+ Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers seeking assistance with reservations, flight changes, and general inquiries. + Assist customers with booking new flights, rebooking canceled flights, and providing travel-related information. + Handle customer concerns regarding luggage, seat assignments, and other in-flight services.

Problem Solving

+ Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. + Provide support for customers experiencing travel delays, cancellations, or other disruptions. + Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Information and Guidance

+ Offer information on arenaflex policies, procedures, and travel requirements, including COVID-19 guidelines or travel restrictions. + Advise customers on available services such as loyalty programs, upgrades, and special accommodations. + Help customers navigate the arenaflex website or mobile app to find answers to their inquiries.

Booking Management

+ Assist with making new reservations, modifying existing bookings, or canceling flights upon request. + Process refunds, changes, or special requests related to travel arrangements. + Ensure all customer information is accurately updated in the system.

Customer Satisfaction

+ Provide top-notch customer service that reflects the professionalism and standards of arenaflex. + Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolutions provided. + Maintain a friendly and courteous tone in all customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist customers clearly and effectively.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly assess customer issues and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not required—training will be provided.
