[Remote] Reporting & Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. This remote position involves managing critical data reporting for investor relationships and supporting team members with various reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle critical data reporting for sensitive investor relationships
- Compile and post property and investor reports, benefit schedules, and broker reports
- Manage document activities and support team members with quarterly investor reports
- Run and review reports to ensure they are posted to the portal by essential deadlines
- Review benefits schedules for accuracy and ensure timely postings
Skills
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Target Reporting Analyst / Data Reporting Assistant / Investor Reporting Coordinator profiles with strong experience in report generation, data accuracy review, PDF report handling, and document management, preferably in financial services, real estate, or investment management environments
- Intermediate to advanced skills in client applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (PDF reporting)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- Adaptability to shift priorities and meet deadlines
- Entry-level business writing
