Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Resolving issues efficiently and proactively, aiming to resolve issues on the first call
- Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Qualifications:
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver outstanding service and make a positive impact on our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity
- Ability to use Windows operating systems and type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent
- Predictable and reliable attendance, with a consistent work history
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6-12 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service
- Consistent work history and a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Some technical background, with experience working with technology and software applications
Work from Home Requirements:
To ensure the success of our remote work program, we require that you meet the following technical requirements:
- Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later installed
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection and a reliable internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
- Minimum of 4GB RAM and a clean and quiet workspace
- Internet connection requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
