What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or exceptional. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers
- Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Providing product or service knowledge to customers
- Using your computer skills to navigate our systems and tools
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge
- Excellent computer skills
- A caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers
The Equipment You'll Need
To work from home, you'll need:
- Internet speed > 15 Mbps. A hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended. Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments
- A USB wired headset (although a headset you already have may be acceptable, except for Bluetooth headsets)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
