Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our Fortune 500 clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and concerns. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and concerns

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer service software and tools to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Schedule

* Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime

  • Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with flexibility to adjust as needed
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours as needed

Earnings & Revenue

* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour

  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics
  • Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth, with the potential to increase earnings and revenue over time

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Keen attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software, with a strong understanding of customer service software and tools

Technology & Equipment Requirements

* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours, with minimal distractions and interruptions

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, with a wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed, with a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, with some clients accepting AppleOS

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space, with an organized desk area and minimal distractions

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

* arenaflex is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC

  • Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check, with a valid and up-to-date background check on file
  • arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico

Contractual Relationship

* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment

  • arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex, with you responsible for paying your own taxes and benefits
  • When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
