Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our team in a hybrid sales and support role. As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, meet monthly sales goals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving various service, billing, and payment inquiries, and maintaining customer records

  • Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve customer inquiries and maintain customer records
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services
  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
  • Cross-train to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support
  • Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Call center or customer service experience

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple tools and systems
  • Ability to maintain customer records and provide effective and timely resolutions for customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales and customer service, with a focus on driving sales and delivering personalized recommendations

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
  • Experience working in a hybrid sales and support environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals
