What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from our valued customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information and utilizing multiple windows to manage customer interactions
• Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook to manage customer information and communicate with team members

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment with access to high-speed internet
• Ability to work from home, full-time, with occasional in-person meetings at our Rapid City, SD location

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
• Have 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
• Live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
• Be 18 years or older
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
• Meet the time-in-position requirements for internal employees (9 months for Level 4-7 and 24 months for Level 8 and above)
