Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business results. Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and driving business growth
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive business results
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Quiet, secured workspace with high-speed internet (at least 10 MBPS download speed) and a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone

  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
