Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping consumers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and technical support

  • Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to online chat inquiries and provide timely support
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask with ease
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's systems and processes

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details

* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
