Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management. As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines (KPH 6000 MINIMUM)
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Using the system to verify customer records
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Good customer service behaviors
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
- IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
