Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Managing difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly, and prioritizing customer needs
  • Soliciting customer feedback to improve customer experience and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully to develop alternative solutions
  • Effectively communicating with customers, listening and getting clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures
  • Balancing team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, contributing to building a positive team environment, and committing to goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
  • Ability to work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
