Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to person for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers. Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
- Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers orally and in written form
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
- Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
