Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative with expertise in German, English, and Russian languages to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our players, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless solutions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to our global player base, managing player tickets with the help of support engineers
  • Engaging with players, offering technical advice and assistance, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and swiftly resolving issues, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
  • Using your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services
  • Staying up-to-date with our games, features, and updates to provide accurate and timely support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
  • A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
  • Experience playing mobile games is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
