Key Responsibilities
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Providing excellent customer service, understanding and effectively communicating product information to customers, and resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members, updating customer records with accurate information regarding interactions, and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures, staying updated on product knowledge and company policies, and adhering to productivity and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
