Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will challenge and inspire you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic direction to restaurant staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
- Overseeing various operations, including performance management, scheduling, policy compliance, recruitment and selection, employee discipline, coaching and training, and performance evaluations
- Handling all financial matters, such as inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, managing costs related to the sale of goods and services, and managing the cost of labor
- Attaining financial targets and implementing various promotional tactics at a local level while executing marketing campaigns
- Making the morning deposit at the bank without fail and handling financial setbacks caused due to low cash reserves
- Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act to reduce the likelihood of workplace accidents and injuries
- Continuously monitoring competitor's promotional activities, market developments, and expansion plans to stay ahead of the game
- Maintaining top-tier customer service standards and implementing strategies for overcoming common customer service challenges
- Executing established standards to maintain uniformity across all arenaflex products
- Managing orders effectively and building strong relationships with suppliers to achieve success in business
- Serving as the primary liaison between the District Manager and other market leaders, including store managers and team leaders, to ensure seamless execution of operational plans
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that will enable you to make a real impact at arenaflex. Some of the essential requirements include:
- At least three years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related setting, combined with prior experience leading a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for coaching and development
- Ability to maintain financial controls and manage financial matters
- Strong analytical skills, with a fundamental understanding of mathematics and accounting
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends, and be accountable to the District Manager
