Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our support processes Key Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Requirements * Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our team members' overall well-being and career growth.
