Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Student Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers and those interested in our platform. Your tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Providing detailed information about our products and membership options
- Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
- Collecting customer feedback to help optimize internal processes and improve the overall customer experience
- Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and LimeSurvey manual to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Proficiency in German and English languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ideally, some initial experience with arenaflex or surveys in general (although not required)
