Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options and promotions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards for store appearance
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and supportive team culture

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to learn and grow in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to advance in your career and pursue further education and training

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following physical requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
