Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service professional to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in our medication dispensing process, working closely with our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and provide exceptional customer service. Day in the Life

As a Front End Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
  • Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
  • Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
  • Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
  • Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification
  • Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
