Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Mobile Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to mobile customers through inbound calls, resolving a wide range of topics, including mobile service activation, billing questions, rate and fee inquiries, order and payment processing, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more
  • Learning about our mobile products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service
  • Representing arenaflex as the voice of the company, building trust and rapport with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working independently in an open, friendly environment while collaborating with a supportive, energetic team
  • Resolving mobile customer inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

What You'll Bring to arenaflex

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • 6+ months of experience working with software applications, such as MS Office and computer systems
  • 6+ months of high-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
  • 6+ months of experience working in cable operations, mobile, or telecommunications call center
  • Technical skills, including MS Office, computer skills, and typing
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Dependable, proactive, adaptable, problem-solving, professional, and resilient
