Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with experience using a variety of software applications and tools.
