Responsibilities

As a Customer Training Professional at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through the implementation process of our software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, webcam, and internet to identify their business needs and configure our solutions to meet those needs
  • Providing customers with the knowledge and skills necessary to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations
  • Collaborating closely with the implementation team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software solutions and their applications in the automotive industry
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, or customer service is highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Automotive dealership experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
