The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Hero at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our US market. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers realize maximum value from our products and services, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our offerings. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us build a better product that meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention in the US market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
  • Gather insights and feedback from customers to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success processes and tools
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help customers get the most out of arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

* At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, support, or sales at a self-service B2B SaaS business

  • Strong ability to write and speak English; proficiency in another language is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesmachine and Intercom
  • Obsessed by customer service and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences
  • Comfortable with calls and live demos, with the ability to answer any question or face any objection
  • Impeccable communication skills and a strong ability to problem-solve
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Goal- and results-driven, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the social media industry is a big plus
  • Strong team player with a self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
