Role Overview

As a Spanish bilingual customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping customers with various inquiries, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring their satisfaction with our clients' products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
