Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary technology and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCNA, CCRP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English, Spanish, French)

Contractual Relationship:

* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.

  • You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
  • Arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
  • When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
