Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by management
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven track record in data entry or a related field (previous experience in healthcare or eye care is advantageous)
• Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy (25 words per minute or higher)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry for a healthcare or eye care company

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
