Job Description

The Data Reporting Analyst role at arenaflex is a strategic problem-solver and expert communicator who is excited to utilize their modern mindset to energy the future of the organization. As a remote data entry and reporting analyst, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting statistical data to support business optimization. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management beneficial areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake file requests and understand particular reporting necessities, including date range, statistics fields, and customer end-use purpose
• Interpret and reconcile statistical discrepancies to deliver the most accurate reporting statistics
• Create custom statistical evaluations for use by human utility teams and unique departments
• Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
• Confer with Stakeholders concerned to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes
• Ensure statistical integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
• Ensure proper statistical protection and privacy guidelines and policies are applied
• Resolve escalated troubles through the research of discrepancies
• Blend and automate statistical data
• May perform unique activity duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in relevant statistical/analytical/problem-solving roles
• Knowledge of concepts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits
• Skilled in the knowledge of the effects of new statistical data for modern and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Skilled in adjusting actions in terms of others' actions
• Skilled in using correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or techniques for problem-solving
• Ability to speak statistical data and ideas in speaking so others will understand
• Ability to apply famous guidelines to particular problems to offer answers that make sense
