About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling phone calls, in-person transactions, and online orders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with arenaflex, whether it's through a phone call, in-person visit, or online interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle in-person transactions, including taking orders, processing payments, and providing change
  • Process online orders, including entering customer information and payment details
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 16 years of age or older for in-store work; 18 years of age or older for delivery work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash and make change accurately
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online ordering systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training preferred
