Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll work in our overnight call center, providing exceptional service to our patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely delivery of medications
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Education
* Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive pay range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour

Training Schedule
* Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
- Monday - Sunday, 9:00pm - 9:00am EST (work schedule)
