Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual French/English Customer Care Representative to join our remote team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems from clients in a timely and professional manner

  • Research, analyze, and provide solutions that meet the client's needs
  • Resolve customer inquiries and problems on first contact
  • Provide clients with account information and resolve or refer billing disputes
  • Correct payment errors and revise fee and finance charges as appropriate
  • Perform account maintenance tasks, including taking card, check, or other orders
  • Act on lost or stolen cards/checks and research customer problems that could not be resolved during the initial contact
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients

Essential Qualifications:

* Bilingual French/English language proficiency (written and verbal)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customer calls and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
  • Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Good knowledge of concepts, practices, policies, and procedures of banking products and services

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with payment processing solutions and services
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
