Job Summary:

As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
• Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
• Upholding arenaflex merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, engaging, and exceeds customer expectations

• Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
• Serve as the primary customer service provider at the front end, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
• Liaise between customers and management, escalating issues and concerns as needed
• Provide register coverage as needed, ensuring that cashiers have the support they need to complete complex transactions
• Uphold arenaflex merchandising and presentation standards, following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store
