Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for handling multiple channels of customer support, including inbound calls, chats, and messages. You'll work closely with our team to resolve time-sensitive issues, such as payment disputes, account questions, and driver concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide seamless support experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle three primary channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Messages for arenaflex's partner merchants, clients, and dashers worldwide, while maintaining a high level of expertise in each interaction.

  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payment disputes, account questions, driver concerns, or investigations, with impressive speed and accuracy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources, and utilize this knowledge to drive positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed quality standards, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional and memorable.

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in investigating customer issues using email, phone, and chat.

  • Fluent English communication skills, with a strong typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Experience in a high-volume customer support role, with adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including impeccable grammar, spelling, and the ability to write in a clear, concise manner using arenaflex's brand voice and tone.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in mobile app navigation, computer software navigation, and the ability to use hotkeys for copy/paste, opening multiple tabs, and email management.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a passion for helping others and a strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • High level of organization, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of our business operations.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
