Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office systems, including data entry, report compilation, and clerical duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering daily work orders into our systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assembling and reconciling reports to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Maintaining excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Performing a range of clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong focus on organization and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Physical Demands

As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home or office. However, you'll still need to be able to:

  • Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods
  • Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain comfort and productivity
  • Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold to properly manage office systems and records

Schedule and Commute

  • Work a standard 8-hour shift, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and comfort
